How to apply directly through the qualification school's website or at the school's counter

Application methods vary depending on the qualification school. Please refer to the PDF file below for details. Member prices are also listed.

How to apply by visiting the Book Department

You can apply and pay at the service counter in the Co-op Book Department. Please bring a pamphlet or other document that shows the name and price of the course you wish to take. For member prices, please refer to the PDF file above or the pamphlet of each school

① First, please fill out the application form at the bookstore counter.
A staff member will check and inform you of the course fee. Payment methods for the course fee are as follows:
●Payment method
A. Cash, credit card
B. Bank transfer to the University of Tokyo Co-op account (details will be explained when you visit)
C. University Co-op loan (details will be explained when you visit)

② You will be issued and given a course confirmation and a study guide application form.
The course confirmation is a certificate that proves that payment has been completed.
The study guide application form is a document that lists the name of the course you are taking, etc.
●For payment method A...The documents will be issued and given to you immediately on the spot.
●For payment method B...The documents will be issued once the University of Tokyo Co-op has confirmed the transfer. We will contact you by phone, so please come back to the store.
●For payment method C...The documents will be issued once your loan application has been completed. We will contact you by phone, so please come back to the store.

③ Bring the confirmation of attendance and the study guide application form to the reception desk of each qualification school or mail them.
Once you have completed this, your attendance procedure will be complete.
