■About the balance allocation system: Meal Pass and meal coupon tickets

The basic rule is to use up the points, but to provide peace of mind to those who "couldn't use up" the points due to school matters or attendance situations, the remaining amount (meal balance) can be used to purchase meals for the following year (*Application for continuation into 2027 is required). If the balance is 2,200 yen or more, a fee of 2,200 yen will be charged.

■ Regarding meal balance refunds, this applies to meal passes and meal coupon tickets

If you do not renew your meal plan, you will receive a refund. Even if you do not renew your meal plan, any unused balance will be refunded to your Co-op electronic money account, and if you leave the university, the refund will be made by bank transfer. If the balance is 2,200 yen or more, a fee of 2,200 yen will be charged. If you make a bank transfer, a separate bank transfer fee will be charged

Applications are currently being accepted. Those who applied last year should apply via the URL in the renewal notification email.
(Added on April 6th: Those with carryover funds for 2025 have received refunds in base money. Those planning to continue with meals will also need to apply as new applicants.)

① Select your plan and enter the required information via "Apply Here".
② We will send you payment instructions to the email address you registered at a later date.
③ The payment will be reflected in the Co-op app 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Faculty and staff members are also welcome to apply.
Additionally, you can still apply for the traditional season pass-style meal pass.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the payment date for the changes to be reflected in the Co-op app.
Multi-ride tickets will be available from April 1st, and season passes from April 6th, so please apply as soon as possible.

*Starting in fiscal year 2026, points will no longer be awarded when using meals
