How to apply through the co-op

School applications not listed in the PDF file,
If it is convenient for you to apply at a store, please apply at the store.

Please note that the procedure will take longer than if you apply directly to a qualified school.

For those who wish to transfer

• Please enter the following required information in the body of the email and send it to the Hongo Books Department.
  *We do not accept applications over the phone to prevent mistakes in the information entered.
• We only accept payment by bank transfer.
  Please pay the transfer fee at the customer's expense.
• After confirming the details of your application, we will inform you of the amount and the transfer destination.
  Please transfer within one week.
• We will contact you as soon as the transfer is confirmed, so please come to the Hongo Book Department. We will send you an application form and a certificate of attendance.
  [For commuting courses] Please bring your attendance confirmation certificate, application form, and other necessary documents to the nearest school window.
  [For Correspondence Courses] Please mail the attendance confirmation, application form, and other necessary documents to the designated address of the school.
  * Other required documents vary depending on the school.
• Depending on the timing of the application, it will take about a week to complete the application.
  For the time being, the book department will reply from 12:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, and will not respond on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
