Request for donations for emergency relief in Türkiye and Syria
The major earthquake that occurred in Türkiye in February 2023 has caused extensive damage, mainly in Türkiye and Syria
The University of Tokyo Co-op will be conducting a fundraising campaign to support those affected by the disaster
The donations received will be used through the Japan Committee for UNICEF to provide humanitarian aid focusing on water and sanitation, child protection, nutrition, education, and other areas to protect affected children and their families

Donation boxes will be available in stores until the end of April
The National Federation of University Co-operative Associations is also conducting fundraising activities online
