About the University of Tokyo Co-op Cafeteria's Vegan Certification
The University of Tokyo Co-op received vegan certification under the supervision of the NPO Vege Project Japan in October 2021. From now on, Vege Project Japan will provide advice on our overall initiatives, as well as information on ingredients and business partners
Vegan-certified menu items will have a certification mark printed on the price card. We will start offering it on select menu items. Please come and try it
