The job support program has three steps!
STEP 1 Job hunting course & online interview guidance
Job hunting courses include interviews, essays, and job hunting etiquette.We offer practical courses to help youdoing.
We will also provide detailed information about the online interview in STEP 3!
STEP 2 Special advance training
Before the online interview, a professional instructor will give lectures on basic interview preparation, self-analysis, and company research, as well as practice interview role-playing. Even those new to job hunting or those who are nervous about interviews can participate in the online interview with confidence!
STEP 3 Online interview
On the day of the online interview,You will be able to interview with 5 to 8 carefully selected companies without any document screening.
Participating companies include major listed companies and companies with the world's top market share.Companies looking to hire University of Tokyo students will gather here!
Since interviews are conducted without any document screening, you will not be asked about your motivation for applying.
andEven after the interview, a dedicated advisor will provide full support for your job search, including interview preparation for each company!
You can always come in for any advice, such as corrections to your motivation statement for applying to a company or relieving anxiety before your final interview!
