The job support program has three steps!
STEP 1 Job Hunting Course & Online Interview Guidance
In our job hunting course, we offer practical courses on interviews, essay writing, job hunting etiquette, etc. We
will also provide detailed information on the online interview in STEP 3!
STEP 2 Special pre-training:
Before the online interview, a professional instructor will give lectures on basic interview preparation, self-analysis, and company research, as well as practice interview role-playing. Even those new to job hunting or those who are nervous about interviews can participate in the online interview with confidence!
STEP 3 Online Interviews
On the day of the online interviews, you will be able to interview with all 5 to 8 carefully selected companies without going through document screening.
Participating companies include major listed companies and companies with the world's top market share, all of which are looking to hire University of Tokyo students!
Since interviews are conducted without any document screening, you will not be asked about your motivation for applying.
Even after the interview, a dedicated advisor will provide full support for your job search, including interview preparation for each company!
You can always come in for any advice, such as corrections to your motivation statement for applying to a company or relieving anxiety before your final interview!
