*Please note that we will not be able to accept any incomplete documents. Please submit the application form with all the necessary information and documents, including identification, in order.

The University Co-op offers the
Sumitomo Mitsui Card (NL) *Unlike the Tuo Card, it cannot be used in place of a membership card.
*Applications must be made online. Application forms are not available at the counter.
