1. User registration
A: Those who have registered parental information when joining the co-op

① Check your date of birth.
" here " to confirm your date of birth and set a passcode.
Enter your "member number" and "registered email address."

② Issuance and input of passcode
The registration details will be displayed, so after checking the details, if there are no problems, press "Send passcode".
The passcode will be sent to you by email, so please check your email.
Open the URL at the bottom of the email and enter the passcode.

③ User verification for password setting
" here " and enter the registered email address of the dependent/guardian.
Enter the passcode sent to the registered email address and press "Confirm Code".

④ Set a password

B: Those who did not register parental information when joining the co-op

①Register for univcoop My Portal here and register your email address.
Enter the email address you want to register and your date of birth, then
click "Register email address" at the bottom.
　

②Register your information on univcoop My Portal.
Please access the URL in the email you received and register various information.
*If you are already registered with the university co-op, your information will be entered in the input field.
Please enter any corrections or missing required information.

③ After confirming the registered information, sign up for univcoop My Portal.
Confirm the registration details and press the "Sign up" button to complete your pre-registration!
　
　

④Setting a password
: here and register a password.
　

⑤ Enter the authentication code.
A verification code will be sent to the registered email address, so enter the code to complete the verification.
　

⑥ Set a password.
*Mix lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and
use at least 8 characters.

⑦Prepare for family setup:
Click the three lines in the top right corner of the univcoop My Portal, click "Profile,"
and check if the "Family Member Number" is displayed.
*If it is displayed, proceed to download the app from
here

⑧ Check the family application record
Select "Family Application" from the menu and make sure there are no records in the "Family Application List".

9. To apply for a family,
please enter the required information under "New Family Application Registration."

　

10. To get approval from your child (member)
, log in to your univcoop My Portal, tap "Family Application" from the menu, select "V," and then tap "Approve Family Application."
Enter the password and tap "Register Family Approval."

• Inquiries regarding app errors If you receive an error when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please submit a request using the app error request form. *To sign up for the app, you will need the email address registered as your member information. If you receive an error even when using the correct address, please submit a request using the form.

• For inquiries
  other than app errors, such as those who are unable to use the app or Gakushoku Money due to device issues, or those who are unable to confirm the transfer of remaining funds from the Gakushoku Pass, please contact the Member Center by email.
