New release! Summer vegetable spice curry
A new collaboration menu item, "Summer Vegetable Spice Curry," will be released on Monday, July 1, 2024, between the University of Tokyo Co-op and the University of Tokyo Spice Club. Tastings were conducted by Shikomeru Food Tech, the University of Tokyo Spice Club, and the University of Tokyo Co-op, resulting in a curry roux made with a carefully selected spice blend and packed with vegetables, making it a healthy curry. (Vegetarians are recommended.)
It will be served on the second floor of Komaba Shokudo! Please come and try it!
