New release! Summer vegetable spice curry
On July 1, 2024 (Monday), a new collaboration menu between the University of Tokyo Co-op and the University of Tokyo Spice Club, “Spice Curry with Summer Vegetables,” will be released. A tasting was conducted by Shicomel Food Tech, the University of Tokyo Spice Club, and the University of Tokyo Co-op, and the result was a healthy curry with plenty of vegetables and a roux with carefully selected spices. (Vegetarian recommended)
We will be serving it on the 2nd floor of Komaba Shokudo! Please give it a try!
