This special project was made possible by Takahashi Grilled Flying Fish Salt Ramen and the University of Tokyo Co-op, thanks to the efforts of the University of Tokyo TLO, which connects research at the University of Tokyo with industry. The soup uses grilled flying fish manufacturing technology (patent pending: Patent Application No. 2023-050206, PCT/JP2024/008122), the result of joint research between Hikari-Rich Food Science Co., Ltd. and Professor Yasuo Onishi of the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences
It will be served at the Central Cafeteria, Second Cafeteria, Faculty of Agriculture Cafeteria, and Komaba Cafeteria on the 1st floor
