The Central Cafeteria, which reopened on April 1st, will offer a wide variety of menu items based on the opinions and requests received from users through message cards and surveys of over 1,000 users. We would like to thank everyone for their patronage and look forward to your continued patronage in the future

Responding to the demand for fish: Uogashi Hongo

 In response to the persistent desire of students and faculty at the University of Tokyo to "eat fish," we have opened "Uogashi Hongo" in collaboration with Toyosu Market to directly address this old yet new desire. The fish used is carefully selected by Mr. Koichi Ogawa, the third generation owner of Tsukiji Uogashi. Currently, we focus on seafood bowls, but in the future we plan to offer a variety of fish dishes

The second floor is home to Caffe Bigore, a popular restaurant in Komaba, and the first floor is home to Panese House, an authentic hamburger shop
