Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Red Koji Ingredients

We have recently conducted an investigation into whether red koji ingredients manufactured by Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. are being used in the Co-op cafeteria and purchasing section, and have confirmed that they are being used in one of the seasonings used in the cafeteria.
Although this seasoning contains Kobayashi Pharmaceutical's red koji ingredients, we have confirmed that it does not contain [1]
In order to ensure safety, the University of Tokyo Co-op will temporarily suspend the supply of menu items and products containing Kobayashi Pharmaceutical's red koji ingredients until the cause of this incident is identified and the problem is resolved

・Stamina Yakiniku Bowl
・Beef rib grilled rice bowl
・Iberian grilled meat
・Stir-fried wood ear mushrooms and eggs in Chinese style
As of March 29, no other menu items or purchased products listed above have been found to contain Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s red koji ingredients. However, we will continue our investigation, and if any menu items or products are found to contain the company's red koji ingredients, we will suspend their sale and provision until the cause is determined
