whole Report and thanks for donations to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024

In order to support those affected by the large earthquake that occurred off the coast of the Noto Peninsula on January 1, 2024, the University of Tokyo Co-op began collecting donations by setting up donation boxes in its stores in January 2024
As a result, a total of 92,285 yen was raised through all UTokyo Co-op stores. The donations received will be sent to the Japanese Consumers' Co-operative Union's "2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund," which will then be sent to the local governments that suffered the most damage and organizations providing support to the affected areas as relief funds (to be distributed directly to those affected) and support funds (to cover the costs of support activities in the affected areas)
Thank you for your cooperation in emergency donations

*This time, we held a "Sake Festival" on February 13th, and in order to support reconstruction efforts, we decided to donate 20 yen per shot of sake, and 1,500 shots were purchased, so we sent a total of 30,000 yen, including donations made in stores

Donation boxes will be available in stores from January to the end of February 2024
Amount raised: 62,285 yen (total for all UTokyo Co-op stores)
