When participating in an internship,
A: Coverage for "preparation in case something happens to the individual"
B: Guarantee for "preparation in case of causing trouble at the internship site"
You must join both of these
・If you joined the University Co-op's "Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid" when you enrolled, please fill in A above
Those who have enrolled in "Student Liability Insurance" meet the conditions in B above
・The "Enrollment Confirmation Certificate" that can be submitted to the internship site can be issued at the following offices
If possible, please bring your "insured person number" or membership card
You can also check your membership status at the counter

Please apply at the co-op window on campus (Komaba: Komaba Office, Hongo: Membership Center).
* Only students, graduate students, and international students who are members of the University of Tokyo Co-op can join.
