Komaba and Komaba II members goes on sale
an original Komaba bento box created together with Komaba members ! In May 2023, the Komaba Purchasing Department, Komaba Cafeteria, and Twitter solicited original recipes, and we received a total of 33 submissions! Thank you to everyone who applied!
Original bento tasting event
A tasting event for the original bento boxes was held on June 16th, and was attended by 22 members. At the event, the cafeteria staff actually created bento recipes based on four menu items selected by the purchasing department and cafeteria department. Based on the submitted menu items, they recreated them in a bento style that could be made in the cafeteria, and then sampled them
We listened to the thoughts that each menu creator put into their recipe, and then judged the dishes by tasting them and taking into account their taste, appearance, price, and volume. We also had a tasting and exchange session where we listened to their thoughts and opinions on the purchasing department and cafeteria
Grand Prize Winner: "Sesame Fragrant♪ Sweet and Spicy Komabadon"
the "Sesame Fragrant♪ Sweet and Spicy Komaba Bowl" created by PN: Mitarashi was selected as the grand prize winner for original bento!
This bento is a special rice bowl made with minced pork and shiso leaves. It features the aroma of sesame and a sweet and spicy flavor, and there's no doubt you'll be hooked after just one bite
