◼ Attendance: Total number of delegates: 204
➡ 171 people attended (36 in-person attendance, 1 delegate attendance, 134 written attendance)
➡ 49 participants other than representatives (21 officers, 4 election commissioners, 16 co-op staff and secretariat staff, 8 general observers)

[Voting results for each proposal]
All proposals were passed and approved by an overwhelming majority (passed with the approval of more than half of the delegates in attendance)

[Executive election results]
There were 33 candidates for the 30 director seats and 11 candidates for the 11 auditor seats, and when the representatives voted by secret ballot, there were 162 valid votes out of a total of 168 votes for the director electionPublic noticePlease check

[Report from the 1st Board of Directors Meeting]
At the first board meeting held after the general meeting, the chairman, vice chairman, and managing director were elected by mutual vote, and the representative director was selected
