◼ Location: University of Tokyo, Hongo Campus, Academic Research Building, 1st floor, Large Classroom No. 3
◼ Attendance: 204 representatives in total
➡ 171 attendees (36 in person, 1 by proxy, 134 by written attendance)
➡ 49 attendees other than representatives (21 officers, 4 election commissioners, 16 co-op staff/secretariat, 8 general observers)
[Voting results for each proposal]
All proposals were passed and approved by an overwhelming majority (passed with the approval of more than half of the representatives in attendance).
[Election Results for Officers]
There were 33 candidates for the 30 director seats, and 11 candidates for the 11 auditor seats. Representatives voted by secret ballot, and 162 votes were valid out of a total of 168 for the director election. Please see

[Report on the 1st Board of Directors Meeting]
At the 1st Board of Directors Meeting held after the General Meeting, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Managing Director were elected by mutual vote, and the Representative Director was selected.
