Starting May 29th, we will be offering a Sustainability Week collaboration menu for two weeks!
May 29th - Fresh Aosa (Green Laver) Menu from Minamisoma, Fukushima Prefecture
From June 5th, menu items using NEXT meat (soy meat) and fish processed in Choshi, Chiba Prefecture will be available. (Menus may change on the day depending on the availability of ingredients.)
