The University of Tokyo Co-op is planning to renovate its second purchasing department. We would appreciate your cooperation in completing a survey to help us make the renovation even better

The deadline for responding to the survey is Wednesday, May 31st.
This survey is aimed at all members who regularly attend the Hongo Campus.
Winners will be notified by email around the end of June.
Each person may only respond to the survey once.
