In recommending CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid, we have established the following solicitation policy in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Financial Services, and we would like to inform you of this

When recommending CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid, we will comply with the Consumer Cooperative Association Act, the Act on the Provision of Financial Services, the Consumer Contract Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other laws and regulations, and strive to make appropriate recommendations
When recommending CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid, we strive to ensure that members understand the coverage and important matters
When recommending CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid, we will endeavor to consider reasonable times and locations in accordance with the wishes of our members
In the unlikely event that a reason for payment of insurance benefits arises, we will endeavor to make the payment promptly and accurately
We recognize the importance of protecting personal information, and will manage contract-related information appropriately and strictly
We will endeavor to gather opinions from our members and reflect them in future mutual aid development and recommendations
