Promoting women's participation in the workplace

The University of Tokyo Consumers' Co-op will comply with the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Women's Participation Promotion Act) and will endeavor to implement initiatives to promote women's participation in the workforce so that all female employees who wish to play an active role in the workplace can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities

Balancing work and child-rearing

Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, the University of Tokyo Consumer Co-op is working to create an environment in which children who will lead the next generation of society can be born and raised healthily, by improving the employment environment to enable workers to balance work and child-rearing, and by creating diverse working conditions, including for workers who are not raising children
