① Check your date of birth

②Issue and enter a passcode
　The registration details will be displayed. Check the details and if there are no problems, press "Send passcode."
　A passcode will be sent to you via email, so please check your email
　Open the URL at the bottom of the email and enter the passcode

③ User verification for password setting
　「here" and enter the email address of the registered dependent or guardian
　Enter the passcode sent to your registered email address and click "Confirm Code."

④ Set a password

②Register information on univcoop My Portal
　Please access the URL in the email you received and register your information
　*If you are already registered with the university co-op, your information will be listed in the input field
　　If there are any corrections or missing required information, please enter it

③ After confirming the registered information, sign up for univcoop My Portal
　Once you have confirmed your registration details and pressed the "Sign up" button, your pre-registration will be complete!
　
　

④Setting a password

⑤Enter the authentication code
　A verification code will be sent to the registered email address, so enter the code to verify
　

⑥Set a password

⑦ Prepare for family setup
　Click the three lines in the top right corner of Univcoop My Portal and click "Profile"
　Check that the "Family Member Number" is displayed

⑧ Check the family application record
　Select "Family Application" from the menu and make sure there are no records in the "Family Application List."

⑨Apply for family membership
　Please enter the required information under "New Family Application Registration."

　

10. Obtain approval from the child (member)
　After logging in to univcoop My Portal, tap "Family Application" from the menu, select "V", and then tap "Approve Family Application" which appears
　Enter the password and tap "Family Approval Registration."
