How to apply for domestic air tickets for flights up to March 2013

<Important Notice> In light of the recent trend of accelerating direct sales by airlines, the University of Tokyo Co-op will cease handling domestic airfares for individuals as of March 2013. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our members, and we appreciate your understanding

・We will continue to handle international flight tickets

[1] You can issue airline tickets! You can pay by cash, credit card, or public funds!

Each airline(Excluding ANA and JAL)You can pay for your reservation on the website by cash, credit card, or public payment! Please print out the reservation completion screen or take a note of your reservation details (reservation number, boarding date, flight number, etc.) and bring them to the Travel Center. If you are paying by public payment, you can also make payments by email


★Please note that tickets cannot be issued after the purchase deadline★

Please note: As of April 1, 2020, ANA will no longer be able to issue tickets at travel agencies for reservations made on the ANA website

Please note: As of May 8, 2022, JAL will no longer be able to issue tickets through travel agencies for reservations made on the JAL website
　

Please note: JAL cancellations and refunds can only be made during the business hours of the Hongo Travel Center. Please note that as of April 2023, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted at the Reservation Center

Please check the website of each airline for details on applicable routes, fares, rules, etc

If you email, please include the following:

  • Passenger name (katakana)/age/gender
  • Date/Flight number/Section
  • Fare type: Either a changeable fare or the cheapest non-changeable fare
  • You can also register your seat preference and mileage number
