How to apply for domestic flight tickets for flights up to March 2025

<Important Notice> In view of the recent acceleration of airline direct sales, the University of Tokyo Co-op will no longer be handling personal fares for domestic airline tickets for flights departing in March 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our members, and appreciate your understanding.
・Please contact us regarding domestic group tickets.
・We will continue to handle international flight tickets.

[1] Air tickets can be issued! You can pay cash, credit, and public expenses!

Each airline(excluding ANA and JAL)You can pay by cash, credit card, or public expense payment for your own reservation record on our website! Print out the reservation completion screen or take a copy of your reservation details (reservation number, boarding date, flight number, etc.) and bring it to the Travel Center. We also accept payment by e-mail.


★Please note that tickets cannot be issued after the purchase deadline★

Note: From April 1, 2020, ANA will no longer be able to issue tickets at travel agencies for reservations made on the ANA website.

Note: From May 8, 2022, JAL will no longer be able to issue tickets at travel agencies for reservations made on the JAL website.
　

Please note: JAL cancellations and refunds are only possible during Hongo Travel Center business hours. Please note that from April 2023, the reservation center will no longer be able to accept cancellations or refunds.

Please check the website of each company for details such as applicable routes, fares, and rules.

  • date/flight number/segment
  • Fare type ⇒ Either changeable fare or non-changeable cheapest fare
  • You can also register your seat preference and mileage number.
